Prescription collection

We can arrange to have your prescription collected for you from your doctor’s surgery and have it dispensed and ready for you to collect from the pharmacy. This will save you having to make a separate journey to the surgery and prevent you having to wait in the pharmacy for your prescription to be dispensed. Also, if any of your medication has to be ordered for your prescription we will ensure that everything is ready for you when you call in. Please let any member of staff know that you would like your prescription collecting and which surgery you belong to.

Prescription Delivery Service

Not only can we collect your prescription from the surgery for you but we can deliver your medication to your home. This service is available to customers who are housebound or elderly or who have difficulty in getting to Village Pharmacy Hextable

Mobility Aids

We offer a wide range of mobility aids from wheel chairs and walkers to kitchen and bathroom aids. These are available in pharmacy or can be ordered for same day or next day. Please contact us for your requirements

Emergency contraception

Who can take the Emergency Contraceptive Tablet?
If you are over 16 our pharmacist will be able to supply emergency contraception if it is appropriate for you. If you are under 16 please talk to our duty pharmacist who will be able to advice you further

If you are breastfeeding, please let the pharmacist know and they will be able to give you more information. If you are not sure if the morning after pill is suitable for you or you have any other questions, please ask your pharmacist.
